Francesca will be doing a Brief 15 minute talk on Health, Nutrition, Wellness and Sports nutrition programme as we are associated with Herbalife - This is a fantastic way to keep healthy which many of you Sporty lot and our Charity Football Team could benefit from.

And then it's over to Deano where we will be having a Q&A evening with the Big man himself.
